Post-purchase, built for enterprise scale.
Recustomer is built for global commerce teams running multi-store catalogs across regions. Enterprise contracts are scoped to your volume, your SLAs, and your stack — with two products that don't sit on your SaaS bill.
Everything operations, finance, and engineering ask for.
Ten capabilities that ship together as part of every Enterprise contract — built for brands that can't afford to outgrow their post-purchase stack.
SLA & uptime
99.99% uptime with financial credits. 24/7 incident channel, named on-call, full post-mortems within 5 business days.
Multi-store, multi-region
Run one contract across many storefronts, brands, and regions. Shared logic, isolated data, per-store policy and routing.
Global Returns
Returns and exchanges in 80+ countries. Local labels, customs, FX, and consolidation hubs — without a separate 3PL contract.
Advanced Analytics
Cohort, funnel, and contribution-margin reports. Native exports to BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift. SQL access on demand.
API & Webhooks
Full REST API, event-driven webhooks, sandbox environments. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, region-pinned data residency.
Custom Workflows
Drag-and-drop workflow builder, scriptable hooks, approval flows. Bring your ops rules — fraud, VIP, B2B, cross-border — into one engine.
Checkout+
Adds revenueIncluded with every plan. Opt-in cart upsell (free returns, package protection, carbon). Drives 30–60% opt-in — typically large enough to cover the rest of the bill. Enterprise plans also get the Offset Program: Checkout+ revenue applied directly against your platform fee.
Deferred Checkout
Adds revenueAuthorize at checkout, capture on keep. Powers Try Before You Buy, Preorder, Rent-to-Own, Back-in-Stock. Usage-based, no platform fee.
AI
Refund-fraud scoring, return-reason clustering, demand-driven approval thresholds. Decisions made in milliseconds, audit trail intact.
Dedicated Success
Named CSM, solutions architect on retainer, quarterly business reviews with your CFO. Migration team for cutover from legacy vendors.
Two products that pay for the rest.
Most of the post-purchase stack costs you money. Checkout+ and Deferred Checkout sit in the cart and the trial window respectively — and route incremental revenue to your P&L. At reasonable volumes, they don't just zero-out your platform fee; they make money on top.
Checkout+
A transparent, opt-in upsell at the cart. Free returns, package protection, sustainability — whatever you choose to bundle.
Deferred Checkout
The auth-now-capture-later engine behind Try-Before-You-Buy, Preorder, Rent-to-Own, and Back-in-Stock.
"Within 90 days, the Recustomer line item moved from a CFO conversation to a non-conversation. Checkout+ revenue overshot platform cost in month two."

Talk to sales →What products are included in the Enterprise plan?
All four core products — Returns & Exchanges, Tracking, Cancel, and Workflow — on a single MSA. Usage-based products (Try Before You Buy, Preorder, Rent-to-Own, Back-in-Stock, Trade-In, Cross-border Returns) are available as add-ons at preferred enterprise rates.
How does the Offset Program work?
Checkout+ revenue captured at the cart is credited against your platform fee each month. At typical opt-in rates the net invoice trends to zero; at higher rates we rebate the surplus quarterly or bank it as service credit. Both lines appear on the invoice — no hidden math.
What's the minimum commitment?
Annual contract, scoped to your annual order volume. We do not run multi-year minimums and we publish our floor pricing — talk to sales for a number tailored to your mix.
What about SOC 2, ISO 27001, region-pinned data?
All standard at Enterprise. We are SOC 2 Type II audited, ISO 27001 certified, and operate region-pinned data residency for EU, US, Japan, and APAC customers. Custom DPAs available.
Can we cut over from Loop, AfterShip, Narvar, or a custom portal?
Yes. Our migration team has handled cutovers from every major vendor and several large custom platforms. Median migration is 3–4 weeks; some run in parallel for a quarter before switching the carrier link.
Is the Offset Program available to non-Enterprise customers?
No. It requires an annual MSA, managed Checkout+ offer design, and invoice reconciliation that self-serve plans do not support. Growing-brand customers still earn Checkout+ revenue directly — it just is not credited against the platform fee.
Price it against your actual operations.
A 30-minute call with an enterprise commercial lead. We will model your platform fee against your projected Checkout+ opt-in rate — and ship a contracted quote in five business days.
