No. We authorize the full amount but capture only on what the customer keeps. Re-authorization runs automatically on cards near expiry.
What if a customer keeps everything past the window?
We auto-capture at window close. You define how long the trial is — 4, 5, or 7 days.
Will it work with Shopify and my OMS?
Yes — Shopify, BigCommerce, custom OMS via API. Inventory holds and releases sync in real time.
How do you handle fraud?
