Who handles the inbound logistics?

We ship a prepaid collection kit (envelope or box, by category) to the customer. Drop-off or doorstep pickup, depending on country and carrier.

What if the item arrives lower-grade than declared?

We re-quote against the public rubric and offer accept / return-to-sender. Customer sees exactly which rubric items shifted the grade.

Can we offer store credit instead of cash?

Yes — most brands offer both with a bonus on store credit (typical: +10%). Credit flows directly into the next checkout.
